KAPWA: Membership
- Kamba women by birth, affiliation or marriage.
- Professionals in any field in Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters, Philosophy degrees or higher.
KAPWA: Five Specific Objectives
- To establish KAPWA, a non political, non religious association of professional Kamba women community in Kenya and the diaspora, with headquarters at Nairobi.
- To establish KAPWA offices in Ukambani region (Machakos, Makueni and Kitui) and the diaspora (Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, North America, South America, Middle East and Asia.
- To establish and enhance linkages, develop partnerships and collaborations with relevant institutions in the public and private sectors both nationally and internationally to facilitate the execution of KAPWA mandate.
- To undertake resource mobilization to facilitate achievement of KAPWA Objectives.
- To develop and implement programmes, projects and initiatives addressing KAPWA Thematic Areas for development.
